Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Norveqra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services description

Norveqra provides digital workflow design, process automation, and data organization services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements with clients.

Client obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate with Norveqra staff during project implementation
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Norveqra remain our property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Upon full completion of services and receipt of all due compensation, clients receive appropriate licenses to use deliverables.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.

Limitation of liability

Norveqra provides services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Any significant changes to ongoing service agreements will be communicated to affected clients.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for compensation for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
